Jessica Bacon Moon is an Associate with the law firm of Roth & Bacon Attorneys, LLC, concentrating in estate, probate, trust, business association planning, taxation and related areas. At Roth & Bacon, Ms. Moon concentrates on providing smooth and efficient estate and asset transfer for her clients in addition to working with clients’ business entities. Ms. Moon has created comprehensive business and estate succession plans including the drafting and implementation of buy/sell and other contract/lease agreement(s) in addition to the preparation and administration of complex trusts.
Ms. Moon graduated from Ohio University as an undergraduate in 2004 and subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Capital University and has been practicing law in Ohio since 2007. In 2010, Ms. Moon was admitted to the practice of law in Florida in addition to her Ohio license.
From 2007-2010, Ms. Moon worked as a Prosecutor with the City of Columbus. While with the City, Ms. Moon’s gained extensive litigation experience in the areas of misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses. Ms. Moon collaborated with the City personnel, defense counsel, and law enforcement during her time with the Prosecutorial Division.
Ms. Moon is married to Gregory Moon and they currently have two children: a son, Henry; and a daughter, Charlotte. They reside in Upper Sandusky, Ohio where Jessica’s activities include: member of the First Presbyterian Church and choir; board member for WeCARE for Students, Inc.; board member for the United Way of Wyandot County; a member of Rotary Club of Upper Sandusky; and a member and founder of the Wyandot County Young Professionals. Ms. Moon’s firm has offices in Upper Sandusky, Marion and Port Clinton, Ohio and Fort Myers, Florida.
